In a world where agriculture is a leading cause of global warming, sustainable eating is essential to our planet’s future and the quality of life for future generations. For my senior thesis project I chose to brand a sustainable middle eastern restaurant. Other than providing delicious, nutritous meals, Mahalli's goal is to educate the public about what they can do to reduce their carbon footprint through workshops held at the restaurant. I created multiple posters and tickets for the workshops, a cookbook, three seasonal menus, and illustrated three patterns.
